Job Overview
Embrace the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team as a Care Administrator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operations of our care services, working closely with carers, clients, and families to maintain a high standard of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate care services by liaising with clients, staff, and external agencies to provide seamless care.
- Manage scheduling of carers to ensure optimal coverage and service delivery.
- Assist with care plans and maintain accurate client records, ensuring information is up-to-date and confidential.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks, including reporting, filing, and communication.
- Handle inquiries from clients and families, providing reassuring and informative assistance.

Essential Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, ideally in a care setting
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable using care management software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands
